Job Summary: We are seeking a senior professional for cloud-native solution engineering on AWS, focused on distributed architectures and maintenance of Itaú’s multi-card systems. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of Itaú’s multi-card infrastructure We are looking for a senior professional to work on cloud\-native solution engineering on AWS, with emphasis on distributed architectures based on microservices and events. The role will focus on developing and maintaining the multi-card (credit and debit) infrastructure within Itaú’s New Card Platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and observability of applications. The analyst will be responsible for: Designing and implementing scalable and resilient solutions on AWS; Participating in technical discussions and backlog refinement with the engineering team; Conducting code reviews and promoting best development practices; Contributing across all stages of the software lifecycle—from planning through to operations. Mandatory Technical Requirements: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Kotlin or Java preferred); Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) and/or SQL databases; Solid knowledge of AWS services, including security, scalability, and automation practices; Familiarity with tools and processes used in software development at Itaú. Technical Differentiators: Experience with advanced AWS services: EKS, ECS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB; Knowledge of observability and monitoring, especially using Datadog; Hands-on experience with engineering practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and event\-driven design; Practical application of Artificial Intelligence in daily work, leveraging Itaú-provided tools like GitHub Copilot, Stackspot AI, and Devin to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support technical decisions.
