Job Summary: A professional to ensure reliability and high performance of critical systems, manage AWS infrastructure, optimize applications, and collaborate with Agile squads. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with Agile SCRUM squads and promote DevOps culture Description: Responsibilities and Activities: * Ensure reliability and high performance of critical systems, guaranteeing continuous availability and stability. * Monitor, analyze, and optimize applications using Dynatrace, ensuring end-to-end visibility. * Manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on automation, security, cost efficiency, and high availability. * Implement and maintain CloudOps practices, including CI/CD, incident management, failure response, and continuous improvement. * Administer and optimize Tomcat servers, ensuring security, tuning, and hardening. * Collaborate with Agile SCRUM squads, promoting DevOps culture and integration between engineering and operations. * Participate in defining and evolving SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs, contributing to operational maturity. Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related fields. Required Experience: * Proven experience as an SRE or in similar infrastructure and operations roles. * Prior experience in financial institutions or regulated environments (BACEN, CVM, etc.) is desirable.
