Key Responsibilities: * Financial modeling for optimizing investment portfolio solutions: simulations and statistical/quantitative studies; * Analysis and monitoring of market, liquidity, credit, and operational risks for funds and FIDCs under management; * Support in fund compliance routines as well as assistance in preparing related reports; * Designing the future portfolio and risk profile—including their impact on results—while continuously monitoring key indicators and triggering tactical decisions to ensure fund financial sustainability. Requirements: **Hard Skills:** * Market experience in Risk or related areas; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Advanced programming logic (Python/R/SQL); * Deep, detail-oriented analytical mindset; * Prior knowledge of REITs (FII), FIDCs, and Liquid Funds is desirable; **Soft Skills:** * Collaborative, resilient, and proactive; * Strong technical, analytical, and adaptability skills; * Responsibility and ethics; * Ability to work in teams and interact effectively with peer departments (Structuring, Credit, Management, and Operations).
