




Job Summary: We are seeking a Garde Manger to prepare and standardize cold dishes, salads, and appetizers; organize the cold kitchen station; and control ingredients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of salads, appetizers, and cold dishes 2. Production of sauces and side dishes 3. Organization of the cold kitchen station and control of ingredients We are looking for a Garde Manger who will prepare salads, appetizers, and cold dishes; produce sauces and side dishes; plate and standardize dishes; organize the cold kitchen station; monitor ingredient expiration dates and storage; perform mise en place; and strictly maintain sector hygiene. Requirements: * Experience as a cook or garde manger * Knowledge of cold kitchen operations and food handling * Attention to detail in plating and presentation * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic knowledge of food safety * Culinary education (preferred) Compensation: R$4\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
