We know that together we will achieve success, so apply now and become part of this great team. **Responsibilities and Duties** ***Your day-to-day at Topaz:*** * Analyze, develop, maintain, and optimize high-level Java applications for banking and financial sector clients, ensuring high standards of security, performance, scalability, and user experience. * Thoroughly document all code and associated technical processes. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (especially under the Scrum methodology) and directly collaborate with other technical teams (Backend, QA, Design, Product). * Research and propose innovative technical solutions, demonstrating autonomy, problem-solving ability, and proactivity. * Maintain effective and clear communication with internal and external clients whenever necessary. * Actively use, promote, and leverage Artificial Intelligence tools provided by Stefanini, adopting a mindset of continuous improvement and optimization through AI. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need to know to join Topaz?** * Solid Java development experience (Java 8+), including advanced object-oriented fundamentals. * Front-end development experience (Angular), enabling end-to-end delivery capabilities. * Availability to work on a biweekly on-call basis. * Experience with corporate applications using Wildfly, REST, SOAP, JasperReports, and integration patterns. * Experience in data modeling, creation, and optimization of SQL queries for SQL Server. * Knowledge of automated testing (unit and integration tests) using JUnit and Mockito. * Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve production environment issues, proposing secure and sustainable fixes. * Familiarity with Git and versioning practices applied in agile teams. * Understanding of system architecture, API design, security, performance, and best integration practices. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience developing or maintaining high-transaction-volume applications serving large user bases. * Experience with automation processes, CI/CD, and DevOps (desirable). **Additional Information** ***Keep in mind these benefits that will enhance your experience at Topaz!*** **Health and Well-being:** Because we care about our teams, we offer various health plans focused on promoting well-being within the organization. **Personal and Professional Development:** We are constantly evolving.
