We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor systems, applications, and observability tools such as Zabbix and Grafana, ensuring environment availability and performance; * Execute production routines, including jobs, scripts, backups, and deployment processes, ensuring operational stability; * Document operational procedures, incidents, and applied solutions, maintaining an updated history to support operations; * Handle, analyze, and track incidents, identifying root causes and mitigating impacts; * Develop and maintain scripts for environment maintenance routines, as well as automations that contribute to process efficiency and standardization. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (mandatory); * Experience in production environments with application servers; * Knowledge of Linux (administration, troubleshooting, and automation); * Knowledge of Apache HTTP Server and JBoss/WildFly; * Familiarity with Java applications in production environments; * Knowledge of Shell Script and Python for simple task automation; * Availability to work on-site in Osasco/SP. **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our job openings?
