Description: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Completed postgraduate specialization (lato sensu) in areas such as Software Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Master’s and/or doctoral degrees are an advantage; * Practical and/or academic experience in Systems Modeling and Requirements Elicitation; * Experience in Integrative Projects, preferably involving extension, innovation, or social impact activities; * Solid knowledge of Digital Logic applied to solving computational problems; * Experience or expertise in Data Storytelling, data analysis, and communication of insights through visualizations; * Experience in UX and UI, including user research, prototyping, usability, and interface design; * Knowledge of Software Reengineering, metrics, measurement, and improvement of software processes and products; * Experience or aptitude for teaching at the higher education level, preferably in Technology programs. * Plan and deliver theoretical and practical classes, fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment; * Develop teaching plans and assessments aligned with institutional guidelines. * Participate in institutional academic meetings and activities; * Supervise and guide students in teaching, research, extension, and capstone projects; * Continuously update knowledge regarding new teaching methodologies and advancements in the field of expertise. 2512190202551927637
