Our mission is to provide our clients with a smooth and successful journey, and we seek professionals who share this vision. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide customer service via WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring clients receive prompt and courteous assistance. \* Clarify doubts, provide clear and concise information, and offer personalized support tailored to clients' needs. \* Manage a client portfolio, ensuring continuous follow-up and relationship strengthening. * Perform administrative tasks related to the client portfolio, such as data organization and accurate, organized document filing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Approximately 2 years of relevant experience. * Experience in client relationship management and administrative roles. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Resilience to work towards targets. * Ability to learn from feedback. * Organized, communicative, and focused profile capable of building and maintaining excellent client relationships. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary + commission. * Fixed: R$2.100,00. * Commission: Up to R$1.000,00. * CLT employment contract. * 100% on-site work - Alphaville. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, business hours. * Meal allowance. * Transportation/Mobility allowance. * Access to over 280 certified courses (Gupy Platform - Corporate Education).
