Financial Analyst - Controlling

Description

You will be responsible for the plant's controlling function, interfacing with various company departments to gain end-to-end business knowledge, and for delivering presentations to the company's Executive Committee, executing monthly controlling closing routines. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor expenses and KPIs of departments against budget, prepare and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Maintain close contact with assigned departments to guide and support them in achieving their financial objectives. * Prepare management reports and presentations for decision-making, using available software and systemic tools. * Ensure governance of approvals and KPIs; * Execute monthly closing routines and planning related to contribution margin calculation; * Accurately perform Forecast, Budget, and Planning Round projections; * Prepare management reports and presentations; * Analyze monthly variances and comparisons against Forecast and Budget. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or a related Finance field; * Experience in administrative areas; Finance and Logistics experience is a plus; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Advanced knowledge of Power BI and process automation; * Familiarity with SAP and Ronda systems is a plus; * Intermediate English; * Proactivity, responsibility, and autonomy in managing tasks and deliverables; * Assertive communication and interpersonal skills (across different company departments and other countries/cultures). **Additional information** **Job title:** Financial Analyst - Controlling **Work location:** São Bernardo do Campo/SP Hybrid work model Free online training platform Health and Well-being Program **Benefits:** Discounted vehicle purchase program Gympass Free on-site parking Chartered bus service Annual Profit Sharing Plan (PPR) Meal allowance (VA) On-site cafeteria Health insurance plan Private pension plan Savings plan (Pecúlio) Zenklub – mental health and emotional well-being platform Volkswagen is part of Brazilians’ lives, hearts, and garages.
