Description: Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Prior experience in commercial construction, renovation, and building maintenance (minimum 2 years is preferred); * Experience in negotiation and supplier management; * Proficiency in Excel (for budget and schedule control); * Knowledge of project interpretation, quantity surveying, and technical supervision; Skills and Competencies * Strong planning and organizational skills; * Strategic negotiation ability and capacity to manage multiple partners and suppliers; * Effective verbal and written communication, with clarity and assertiveness; * Critical thinking and attention to detail, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables; * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Owner mindset, with focus on results and continuous improvement. Responsibilities * Develop detailed construction plans, defining scope, timelines, costs, and required resources; * Monitor and supervise construction and renovation projects, ensuring execution quality and adherence to schedules; * Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal cost\-benefit and quality; * Manage the budgeting process, comparing planned versus actual values and proposing optimizations; * Ensure layout, aesthetic, and functional standards of properties. * Control material and equipment inventories, ensuring efficient supply; * Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance; * Collaborate with internal teams (Facilities, Expansion, Operations) to identify improvements and technical solutions. 2512180202551873698
