Opportunity for continuous improvement of construction processes **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate construction teams (masons, laborers, foremen, etc.); * Ensure compliance with the physical construction schedule; * Monitor work execution according to designs and technical specifications; * Control the use of materials and equipment; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Support the responsible engineer in site management; * Perform measurements of completed works; * Identify and propose improvements to construction processes. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical course in Building Construction preferred); * Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor in civil construction; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings; * Experience in residential construction projects (large-scale projects preferred); * Knowledge of occupational safety regulations; * Leadership and team management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in economical-standard construction projects (My House My Life Program); * Knowledge of productivity methodologies and construction control; * Courses in civil construction or occupational safety. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and clear communication; * Organization and planning; * Ownership mindset; * Results-oriented; * Teamwork.
