PROCESS TECHNICIAN — LASER CUTTING AND BENDING A metallurgical company based in Jundiaí is seeking a professional to work in the Process area, focusing on laser cutting and bending, supporting the definition, standardization, and continuous improvement of production processes, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with technical requirements. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare, adjust, and validate laser cutting programs to maximize raw material utilization and production efficiency; * Define and adjust cutting parameters (power, speed, gas, focus) according to material type and thickness; * Develop and review bending programs, defining operational sequence and appropriate setup; * Adjust press brake parameters, tools, angles, and compensation values to ensure dimensional conformity; * Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing specifications; * Monitor tryouts of parts and new products, performing adjustments until final validation; * Conduct technical feasibility analysis for parts intended for cutting and bending, proposing process improvements; * Draft and update process documents (IT, FIP, RIP, and other standards); * Monitor quality, productivity, and scrap indicators, addressing problem resolution; * Support operators and production teams in correctly executing processes; * Participate in continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and productivity enhancement efforts; * Train operators of laser cutting and bending machines; * Support handling of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper use of PPE. REQUIREMENTS * Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Processes, Metallurgy, or related fields; * Experience in laser cutting and bending processes; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Hands-on experience with machine programming and parameter setting; * Knowledge of measurement instruments and dimensional control; * Analytical, organized profile with a focus on continuous improvement.
