Description
Responsibilities:
• Perform advanced incident diagnostics, proposing technical solutions for failure mitigation and prevention.
• Record and document incidents, actions taken, and outcomes, in accordance with guidelines defined by the Supervisor and internal procedures.
• Develop and review technical documentation and operational instructions, adhering to standards established by management.
• Conduct root cause analyses, reporting conclusions and recommendations to the Supervisor.
• Provide technical support to less experienced teams, without responsibility for coordination or performance evaluation.
• Maintain technical interface with internal and external areas, when requested or approved by the Supervisor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, within the guidelines and priorities defined by management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable institutional policies, regulations, and standards relevant to the area.
• Establish contact with customers, when necessary, for technical clarifications, information validation, or action alignment, ensuring objective communication consistent with institutional guidelines.
Requirements:
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree
Desirable: Experience in operational support with a Fund Manager will be considered a differentiating factor;
Basic experience and knowledge in Database and SQL
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Business hours
