Description

**Required qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in managing and controlling corporate training programs. Experience in tracking expirations, refresher trainings, and training schedules. Experience in managing training matrices and competencies. Organization of training documentation and evidence. Liaison with managers and operational departments to monitor pending items. Attendance control, attendance lists, certificates, and training records. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Experience with training management systems is a plus. Proficiency in administrative routines and handling high-volume workloads. **Preferred qualifications:** Experience in regulated or operational environments. Experience with audits. Experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or aviation. Employment type: Full-time CLT contract. Salary: Starting from R$3\.300,10 per month.
