About the position: We are looking for dynamic, proactive individuals with a positive attitude, who can easily work in teams and effectively interact with clients and users. If not, we offer an environment of continuous learning. \- Travel availability: You will have the opportunity to explore various locations across Brazil! \- Must reside in Greater São Paulo Key responsibilities: \- Execute system implementations while on-site at the client’s location, delivering training sessions to client managers and staff; \- Deliver training on configurations and other functionalities to ensure full client understanding and satisfaction; \- Prepare documentation for corresponding modules; \- Perform testing of functionalities, considering ERP business rules; \- Participate in meetings, including those with clients, Bluesoft partners, and the Bluesoft team. \- Document training sessions and submit attendance reports demonstrating progress of delivered trainings to relevant stakeholders. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of Procurement Processes (product and supplier registrations, purchase orders, product pricing); * Knowledge of Pricing (product pricing and net margin); * Knowledge of Goods Receipt (invoice entry and returns); * Basic tax knowledge (NCM, IPI, ICMS, PIS); * Analytical mindset for presenting BI reports to meet client needs; * Knowledge of Retail Processes; * Critical thinking skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in ERP system implementation / ERP consultant or as an ERP Key User; * Knowledge or experience in retail chain commercial operations, e.g., as a buyer or purchasing assistant; * Analytical mindset for presenting BI reports to meet client needs; * Resilience and capacity for self-learning; * Retail experience. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance * Study incentives * Totalpass * VR Nutrition * Study incentives * Mentoring **Work Location:** ---------------------- BLUESOFT
