It’s not just about certificates — we aim to connect people and hear their stories. **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek an **Efficiency and Automation Analyst**, to be embedded within the Finance department, to automate departmental processes, with the following key responsibilities: * Identify automation opportunities in internal finance processes and across the company; * Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar; * Build and evolve AI agents to support operational and analytical tasks; * Support finance data management, ensuring information organization, accuracy, and accessibility; * Proactively propose process improvements without requiring constant prompting; * Contribute to building dashboards and analytical reports; * Collaborate on planning and tracking departmental goals. **Expected Outcomes:** * More automated financial processes, less dependent on manual labor; * Reliable and regularly updated metrics; * Operational AI agents functioning and delivering real value; * Maintenance and enhancement of existing automations within the company; * Identification of bottlenecks and proposal of solutions. **Career Perspective:** Growth within the Efficiency and Operations area, with potential to take leadership in the company’s data, automation, and AI agent development domains.
