All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administration and maintenance of system registrations, ensuring data consistency and up-to-date information; * Support to the commercial team on topics such as tariffs, products, protections, and commercial terms; * Assistance to the operational team in resolving issues related to reservations and contracts, particularly those involving tariffs; * Handling and tracking internal system tickets, ensuring timely responses and resolutions; * Creation and management of internal reservations for the commercial and pricing teams; * Preparation and control of spreadsheets and reports, with monitoring via BI dashboards; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency with systems and spreadsheets; * Intermediate-level Excel skills; * Experience and/or aptitude for acting as a focal point in high-volume environments; * Knowledge of the Vetor system (a relevant advantage). **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
