You will play a crucial role in managing the technical infrastructure and web performance for a travel agency dedicated to providing immersive cultural experiences and guided tours in Iceland for Italian tourists. If you are a self\-starter and can thrive in a fast\-paced environment, then this is the role for you! **Responsibilities** * Lead the VPS configuration, DNS setup, and site migration to ensure a seamless transition and high\-speed hosting environment. * Execute code optimization (WordPress, Elementor Pro, HTML widgets, and CSS) and maintain a flawless responsive layout. * Troubleshoot and resolve regional loading issues (e.g., video header failures in specific European regions). * Establish secure database connections with AI agents and manage DNS ownership verification for seamless automation (n8n). * Drive technical SEO improvements and indexing to increase search engine visibility. * Provide ongoing work and technical support as needed to ensure 100% site uptime and functionality. **Requirements** * **4\+ years of WordPress development experience at a senior level.** * Strong experience with VPS setup, configuration, and complex site migrations. * Experience in advanced DNS management (A, CNAME, TXT records) specifically for domain verification and AI tool connectivity. * Experience optimizing website performance and troubleshooting regional hosting\-related issues. * Experience integrating websites with automation tools (n8n), APIs, and Webhooks. * Experience with SEO improvement and indexing strategies. * Strong knowledge of Elementor Pro, HTML5/CSS3, PHP, and MySQL/MariaDB. * Candidates must be located in Latin America or the Caribbean. * Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). * Proficiency in Italian is a plus. * Self\-Reliant: Comfortable delivering high\-quality work quickly with minimal supervision in a fully remote setup. **Schedule:** Project\-based **Remote from Latin America and the Caribbean.** ***Only resumes submitted in English will be considered.*** *All qualified applicants will receive consideration for job opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin.* **BA Global Talent** is a young, fast\-growing company that strives to provide high\-quality remote workers to US\-based clients. **BA** was founded by a lawyer and a business administrator who harnessed their expertise and relevant local experiences to ensure that demanding employers can find high\-quality, remote workers to help their businesses grow.
