If you are passionate about technology, enjoy teamwork, value people, are dynamic, and committed to continuous improvement, join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper functioning of the quality management system; * Conduct site and infrastructure assessment based on project understanding for execution; * Identify required tools for project execution; * Assist in cable pulling and splicing, FTTx, GPON, backbone, and structured network infrastructure; * Prepare cables for splicing, inspect defects, and configure routers; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure fiber optic network availability; * Work under technical supervision, adhering to quality, safety, hygiene, and health standards and procedures; * Ensure efficient use of resources (tools, PPE, supplies, etc.) to promote cost savings; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors; * Understand and comply with quality policy guidelines; * Understand and comply with normative procedures applicable to your activity and department; * Organize individual or shared workspaces; * Perform cable and fiber optic cable routing and repair; * Assist in corrective and preventive network maintenance; * Ensure workplace safety for the team and individuals involved in the process; * Assist in fiber splicing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Driver's license AB; * Completed high school education; * NR 10 and NR 35 certifications; * Availability for travel. **Desirable Prerequisites:** * Additional courses in cabling and telecommunications networks. **Additional Information** **Area of Activity:** Networks **Work Schedule:** 44 hours per week, from **Monday to Saturday** **Employment Type:** CLT – **On-site** **Compensation:** Salary \+ Hazard Pay **Benefits that Make a Difference for You!** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Health Plan (60% covered) SulAmérica Dental Plan Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions Access to SESI (all regional units) Access to SESC (Garanhuns \- PE) \#SOMOSPROXXIMA Since 2021, our mission has been to **bring people closer to their desires**, delivering innovative solutions that improve lives and generate value for society.
