Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant will interact with candidates and students, supporting recruitment, retention, and enrollment processes, as well as managing academic documentation and systems. Join us in this transformation! \#VemTransformar* **The Commercial Assistant must meet the following requirements:** * Completed High School * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.** **Salary:** R$1\.740,00 **Key Responsibilities:** * Contact candidates and students to promote courses, clarify doubts, assess interest in studying at the institution, thereby increasing the number of students at the campus and supporting retention. * Support document analysis for students, verifying and monitoring submission of required documents during enrollment processes. * Enter and maintain data in the SISPAP enrollment system: digital archive/files of documents within the SISPAP system. * Finalize student enrollments in the academic system after verifying and validating enrollment documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable educational legislation requirements. * Respond to inquiries via Univirtus Portal, emails, and TEAMS. * Receive and send student documentation via courier services and digitally through UNINTER systems. * Notify students with pending academic documentation. * Participate in internal and external events related to student recruitment. **Benefits:** * Performance bonus. * Transportation allowance. * Meal voucher. * Unimed health insurance. * Dental insurance. * Tuition assistance for undergraduate and graduate studies. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass). * Life insurance. **Interested and feel your profile matches the position?
