Conduct inspections of equipment, supplies, and PPE used in services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Execute and supervise removal, embalming, funeral procession, and transportation services, verifying documentation and ensuring quality. Supervise funeral agents and embalmers, promoting a collaborative environment and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations. Ensure budget compliance and control inventory of caskets and supplies for the Logistics, Fleet, Florist, and Embalming departments. Collaborate with internal and external clients, ensuring service excellence, reporting anomalies, and proposing process improvements. Guarantee correct execution of operational processes according to internal protocols and company guidelines. Monitor and analyze operational performance indicators such as response time, service deadlines, and technical compliance. Ensure timely delivery and service quality, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Promote technical training and development of operational teams, ensuring best practices in service delivery and execution. Assist in preparing operational and productivity reports, supporting management decision-making. Support planning work schedules and routines to optimize resources and meet service demands. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and proper disposal of waste related to funeral procedures. Foster integration among operational departments, ensuring effective communication and process alignment. Act promptly and responsibly in emergency situations, ensuring service continuity with minimal impact.
