PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must indicate availability for the established schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 20 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 4358\.26 **Unit:** Avenida Antonio Severiano da Camara BR406 Km 102 Sao Francisco \| João Câmara RN \- 59550000 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at the SEST clinic and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH THE PHYSIOTHERAPY COUNCIL (CREFITO). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the respective Regional Council. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC CARE IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **PROOF:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying the start and end dates (if applicable) and the type of service rendered, along with a description of the activities performed; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including the identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the targeted position (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Anatomy and physiology of body systems: musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, central and peripheral nervous systems. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
