Job Summary: Responsible for preparing samples, performing laboratory procedures, and maintaining workplace organization, reporting to immediate leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for sample preparation and treatment in the laboratory. 2. Orienting new employees and continuously improving processes. 3. Maintaining workplace organization and preservation. **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute sample preparation steps according to the defined flowchart and laboratory work instructions. * Perform sample preparation activities using drying, crushing, quartering, sieving, and pulverizing processes, in compliance with work instructions. * Archive and dispose of samples in accordance with internal procedures. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, safeguarding adherence to ethical duties and obligations common to all employees. * Report to immediate leadership matters related to one's area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities while proposing solutions to support the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted. * Perform activities in accordance with operational procedures and remain updated on area procedures and processes to support continuous improvement. * Guide new employees on area-related activities, accompany them, and facilitate their understanding of equipment. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal usage conditions and preserve occupational health and environmental aspects, as well as safeguard company assets by requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary. * Participate in training sessions when summoned, dedicating oneself to achieving the desired work performance. * Perform related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Education:** * Completed High School; * Reside in Currais Novos/RN; * Availability to work rotating shifts (night shift and weekends).
