Develop and monitor A3 plans for structured problem analysis and resolution. Manage the assigned team administratively and technically, fostering engagement and professional development. Lead strategic analyses of project outcomes, focusing on risks, opportunities, and lessons learned. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Experience in planning and control of industrial projects, preferably in mining, energy, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
