Our selection process is now fully digital—you can complete it from anywhere. **What are the responsibilities of this role?** Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations through inspections, control, and implementation of established standards, safeguarding adherence to the company’s best practices. **Requirements:** Technical course in Occupational Safety and professional certification to practice the profession. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in construction sites. **Day-to-day responsibilities include:** * Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA) and other prevention programs; * Conducting quantitative environmental assessments across various company departments; * Delivering lectures and training sessions aimed at continuously promoting the safety policy; * Performing daily inspections of facilities and workstations in accordance with Occupational Safety Legislation; * Advising the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) in developing risk maps together with internal company departments; * Organizing the electoral process for the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA); * Conducting quantitative environmental assessments across various company departments; * Analyzing workplace accidents and providing statistical data for future accident prevention; * Preparing reports and spreadsheets related to indicators of accident risk situations; * Providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees in accordance with their assigned activities, and guiding and supervising proper use and maintenance of such items; * Supporting the Internal Accident Prevention Week (SIPAT); * Performing duties related to the Fire Brigade; * Completing and submitting the Work Accident Report (CAT) to the National Social Security Institute (INSS); * Preparing the Professional Occupational Profile (PPP) and submitting it to INSS; * Identifying variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection; * Participating in the adoption of technologies and work processes; * Providing technical support to the Coordination team in fulfilling its responsibilities; * Guiding and monitoring auxiliary teams, as applicable; * Participating in regular training on ethical practices and compliance; * Reporting irregularities or suspicions of bribery, ensuring confidentiality; * Performing other duties inherent to the position.
