Job Summary: The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide strategic insights and optimize advertising campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Data analysis to improve budget allocation and campaign impact. **SUMMARY:** The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to deliver strategic insights that support the development and optimization of advertising campaigns. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of data from multiple sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM tools, etc.). * Create reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide insights on KPIs such as ROI, click-through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), among others. * Interpret data and generate insights to optimize advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies. * Assist in defining success metrics (KPIs) and campaign goals, ensuring alignment with client objectives. * Identify market patterns, trends, and opportunities through data analysis. * Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve campaign monitoring efficiency. * Collaborate with creative, media, and customer service teams by providing data to support strategic and creative decision-making. * Conduct competitive and market analyses to better position brands within the advertising landscape. * Ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data, validating and correcting discrepancies as needed. * Provide data-driven recommendations to improve budget allocation, audience segmentation, and campaign impact. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience with Power BI — the language used in Power BI is called DAX. * Knowledge of data visualization — visualization tools such as Power BI or Looker; chart types and best practices for presenting datasets. * Knowledge and experience with ETL workflows. * Portfolio of Power BI projects or prototyping tools such as Figma. * Basic understanding of UX/UI principles applied to data and visualizations. * Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and analytical thinking. Preferred Qualifications: * Use of Figma for dashboard prototyping; * Experience in advertising agencies or corporate communications departments; * Knowledge of web analytics and media metrics; * Knowledge and experience with BigQuery or similar databases (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift); * Basic SQL knowledge; * Knowledge of data storytelling; * Experience working on cross-functional projects with aesthetic requirements.
