**Requirements:** * Previous experience at airport as cargo agent; * Education: Completed High School; * Advantage: Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Must live near the airport; * Full time availability, 6x1 shift schedule; * Availability for travel. **Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for attending to our customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience and skilled labor; * Identify customer shipping needs, guiding and advising on services offered by the airline at the time of issuance; * Perform verification, segregation, loading and unloading of cargo pallets; * Organize inventory, placing each item in its proper location; * Monitor, track and prevent damage; * Perform other tasks related to the position.
