**Job Summary:** Responsible for coordinating, controlling and supervising all the company’s logistics activities, including receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping and transportation. Focuses on productivity, reduction of operational costs, department organization and meeting deadlines. Provides direct leadership to the operations team, promoting alignment with company goals and ensuring routines are carried out safely, efficiently and with quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the logistics team (warehouse, shipping, drivers and assistants). * Plan and control routines for receiving, warehousing, order picking and shipping. * Monitor loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling. * Ensure warehouse organization and cleanliness, as well as correct product identification. * Monitor performance indicators (e.g., productivity, losses, delays). * Develop and comply with delivery and pickup schedules, optimizing routes. * Resolve operational problems, team conflicts or process failures. * Train, guide and evaluate the operations team, promoting integration and employee development. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sound logistics practices and internal policies. * Support periodic inventories and stock controls. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related fields is desirable). * Proven experience in logistics and leading operations teams. * Knowledge of inventory control, route planning and logistics KPIs. * Skills in decision-making, conflict resolution and people management. * Proactivity, organization and results orientation. * Basic computer proficiency (Excel, logistics systems). **What We Offer:** Salary: R$2\.277,00 * Food Basket: R$ 225,00/Month (paid at month-end via payroll); * Meal Allowance: R$ 23,00/Day (Edenred Hits \- Elo card) * Fuel Assistance fully covered by the company: R$12,00/Day with no payroll deduction \- (Edenred Hits \- Elo card) * Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract * Hapvida Health and Dental Plan (50% covered by the company) Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2\.200,00 \- R$2\.277,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
