The **Young Apprentice - Administrative Assistant** will operate the specific systems within their area of responsibility, using the available software to help streamline daily workflows. They will also support various administrative activities within their area of responsibility. This includes assisting with organizing physical and electronic document archives, among other duties related to their area. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist with various administrative activities within the area of responsibility; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and information entry into departmental systems; Receive requests and either respond to them or forward them if outside their scope of responsibility; Demonstrate initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of their area of responsibility; Ensure proper storage and preservation of documents; Support internal and external customer service; And other tasks related to the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** Aged between 18 and 23 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work either morning or afternoon shifts; High school education (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies underway; Comply with the working hours (4 hours/day) both at the workplace and during training; Attend the qualification course guided by the partner institution, IEL (twice per week). **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the young apprentice will undertake a formal apprenticeship program.
