




Job Summary: A professional responsible for the strategic and safe mobilization of crane components, operation of semi-trailers, technical lashing of loads, and operational support at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the strategic and safe mobilization of crane components. 2. Operate semi-trailers and perform technical lashing of indivisible loads. 3. Provide logistical support during equipment assembly/disassembly at construction sites. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Ensure the strategic mobilization of crane components (counterweights, jibs, accessories) and supporting equipment with maximum safety and punctuality. This role is critical to meeting the client’s crane assembly schedule, preventing costly idle time of high-value machinery, and ensuring asset integrity during road transportation. * Operate semi-trailers (dry cargo, flatbeds, and extendable trailers), perform technical lashing of indivisible loads, conduct rigorous inspections of the transport unit, and provide operational support during equipment assembly/disassembly at construction sites. **Your main activities will be:** * **Transportation of Critical Components:** Transport counterweights, bases, and accessories of large cranes, adhering strictly to load limits and axle weight distribution specifications. * **Load Lashing and Securing:** Secure heavy and indivisible loads using chains, high-capacity ratchet straps, and webbing slings, ensuring zero movement during transit (in compliance with CONTRAN regulations). * **Safety and Maintenance Checklist:** Conduct daily inspections of the tractor unit and trailer (brakes, suspension, tires, and lighting system), proactively reporting defects to the Maintenance Department to prevent breakdowns en route. * **Logistical Support During Operations:** Assist the Crane Operator and Rigger team in positioning the semi-trailer for component unloading, optimizing laydown and main equipment assembly time. * **Trip Documentation Management:** Maintain compliance of freight documents (CT-e, MDF-e) and Special Transit Authorizations (AET), ensuring fiscal and legal conformity with regulatory authorities. * **Equipment Stewardship:** Keep the cab and equipment clean and organized, ensuring company assets remain well-maintained and presentable at the client’s site. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Category E Driver’s License (with EAR annotation – Remunerated Activity). * Course in Indivisible Load Transportation (mandatory per legislation). * MOPP (Hazardous Materials Handling Certification) – Considered a plus. * Basic knowledge of Eco-driving and Defensive Driving.
