The main objective is to monitor unit performance, consolidate sales metrics, and support executive leadership in making decisions that drive brand results. Responsibilities and Duties KPI Management: Extract and consolidate data from partner platforms and sales portals. Performance Monitoring: Prepare reports and dashboards to track sales, average transaction value, and conversion rates. Internal Benchmarking: Create performance rankings among stores to identify best practices. Trend Analysis: Monitor market behavior and the impact of commercial initiatives on unit results. Decision Support: Support executive leadership with monthly result presentations and operational diagnostics. Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, IT, or related fields). Proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Inquisitive Profile: Curiosity to understand the "why" behind the numbers and interest in learning new automation and data visualization tools (e.g., BI, Python, SQL). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with delivery ecosystems and online marketplaces. Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred—or similar).
