Ensure effective execution of departmental routines and integration across strategic, tactical, and operational levels, promoting engagement, performance, and sustainability of outcomes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct recruitment processes (internal and external), organizing and controlling related data and documents; * Adjust and validate job descriptions for system release and registration; * Monitor and ensure correct quarterly bonus payments for construction projects and confirm that feedback is provided by the construction team’s leadership; * Analyze and monitor implementation of action plans from processes; * Organize KPIs for strategic, tactical, and operational levels, identifying respective owners; * Ensure timely updates of achieved results in tracking systems; * Ensure goal owners perform deviation analyses within defined deadlines; * Schedule and conduct performance review meetings at all levels; * Execute routine communications regarding goal achievement; * Organize climate surveys, analyze annual deviations, and propose actions for implementation; * Develop and execute internal campaigns aligned with company culture and values, reinforcing desired behaviors; * Lead awareness initiatives on the company’s cultural pillars, promoting daily understanding and practice; * Ensure operational execution of the performance evaluation process; * Design and monitor leadership training and development programs; Track formalization of training activities (attendance lists, reaction evaluations, and effectiveness evaluations) conducted across all departments, and calculate training hours per employee; * Structure and monitor implementation of the Internal Communicators Program; * Formalize the Succession Program for participants and guide/monitor execution of scheduled activities; * Update the Turnover Spreadsheet monthly; * Monitor and manage the entire onboarding process; * Support and gather information for the entity’s matrix budget; * Analyze data from the Probation Period Evaluation and define action plans; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
