For the **Sales Associate** position at Decathlon, we operate across the following sports universes: Gym and Fitness Water Sports Boxing and Martial Arts Racquet Sports Camping, Hiking and Winter Sports Surfing and Beach Sports Team Sports Cycling Skateboarding, Roller Skating and Scooters Running and Walking Table Tennis and Ping Pong Fishing and Equestrianism Yoga **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are the main responsibilities?** * Deliver effective customer service to sports enthusiasts, ensuring optimal sales by understanding purchase needs and fostering loyalty; * Ensure attractive product display, perform restocking and repositioning, maintain organization, and achieve performance goals; * Support the store’s fitting rooms by organizing them and assisting customers when needed; * Operate the cash register. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed high school education * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, according to rotating shift schedules * Passion for sports * Retail experience will be considered a plus **What do we expect from our team members?** * Believe in the joys and benefits of sport * Be action- and challenge-oriented * Be passionate about customer satisfaction * Value teamwork and collective effort * Be proactive and entrepreneurial-minded * Be responsible and autonomous **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** * DecaPack: Monthly salary, transportation allowance, meal or food voucher, medical and dental insurance, Dra.
