




Job Summary: Responsible for the Hospital Production and Maintenance area, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of the final product, while managing teams and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Continuous Improvement and Safety Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for the Production and Maintenance area of the Ponta Grossa unit (hospital), ensuring on-time and quality-compliant delivery of the final product * Direct involvement on the shop floor to ensure achievement of company objectives, standards, and procedures * Collaborate with the Superintendency to meet budget targets, reduce costs, and improve processes * Forecast weekly production volumes * Monitor and control overall production and maintenance KPIs and goals * Organize work schedules * Manage factory performance, including monitoring and providing feedback * Ensure implementation of the SGI Policy within areas under responsibility, as well as team training * Lead improvement projects within the department, aiming to continuously enhance indicators related to the area * Guarantee a safe working environment, consistently enforcing PPE usage and supporting accident prevention * Collaborate directly with the Customer Management team to serve and satisfy unit customers * Ensure compliance with safety rules throughout the production process Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields * Prior experience in people management and NR1 regulations * Proven experience managing production processes or production support areas such as Logistics and Maintenance, with demonstrated improvements in KPIs and/or other success factors Desirable/Differentiating Qualifications: * Postgraduate degree and/or MBA * Knowledge of general maintenance * Knowledge of industrial laundry operations * Advanced English proficiency is a plus Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Profit Sharing Bonus (PLR) * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * On-site Cafeteria * Life Insurance
