Job Summary: An accounting office is seeking a Human Resources Department Analyst with office experience and generalist knowledge in the field, performing activities including hiring, record keeping, vacation calculation, termination processing, homologation, electronic time clock closing, payroll processing, labor charges calculation, and e-Social reporting. Generalist involvement in various Human Resources Department routines An accounting office located in the downtown area of Curitiba seeks a Human Resources Department Analyst with experience in accounting offices. Generalist knowledge in the Human Resources Department area; main responsibilities include: hiring, record keeping, vacation calculation and tracking, termination and homologation, electronic time clock closing, payroll closing, labor charges closing, and e-Social closing. Experience in this role is required. Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree. **Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation * Submission of e-Social and DCTFWeb * Tax assessment * Termination calculations * Vacation calculations * Hiring and dismissal processes **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress; * Experience with the responsibilities described; * Prior experience in an accounting office is essential; * Solid knowledge of current Labor Legislation; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Permanent CLT Familiarity with the Questor system is a plus.
