Job Summary: Act as a Supervisor of Social Counselors, monitoring and supervising work at Basic Protection Units, ensuring activity compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect workstations and record activities We are hiring SOCIAL COUNSELOR SUPERVISORS to work at the Basic Protection Units of the MUNICIPAL SECRETARIAT OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE \- Cascavel \- PR Salary and benefits: R$ 2,827.00 \+ Food Allowance: R$ 805.00 \+ Transportation Allowance Deductions: 20% of food allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break \- from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM; Position: SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor the work performed by Social Counselors at the Units; Conduct weekly/biweekly supervision of Social Counselors, or at any time requested by the coordinator to be present at the Units; Ensure punctuality of Social Counselors at their workplaces; Inspect all workstations and fully document all activities performed, as well as compliance or non-compliance of conduct adopted by Social Counselors at each Unit, in the official Register Book, and/or whenever requested by the Unit Coordinator/Regional Inspector. Requirements: a) Completed undergraduate degree; b) In good standing with electoral and military obligations; c) Administrative proficiency and organization, interpersonal skills, conflict mediation; d) Self-control and initiative; e) Proficiency in computer applications, especially Word and Excel; f) The Supervisor must understand the services delivered by Social Counselors.
