Consultative service and gastronomic experience #### **About the position:** The sommelier is a wine and other beverages specialist responsible for guiding customers in selecting the best options, pairing beverages with menu dishes, and ensuring a unique experience in gastronomic establishments. This role requires in-depth knowledge of wine types, producing regions, tasting techniques, and proper service.
