Job Summary:
This professional will support the procurement department, ensuring agility, quality, and timely execution of activities related to quotations, pickups, deliveries, and tracking of materials and services.

Provide procurement department support by performing internal and external activities related to quotations, pickups, deliveries, and tracking of materials and services, ensuring agility, quality, and adherence to deadlines, as well as assisting buyers with internal department routines.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting buyers with internal procurement department activities.
* Conducting internal and external (in-person) quotations with local suppliers.
* Performing pickup and delivery of materials, equipment, and documents.
* Tracking orders with suppliers (delivery timelines, quality, and agreed terms).
* Supporting price, delivery timeline, and payment condition negotiations.
* Researching and registering new suppliers.
* Inspecting goods upon pickup and receipt (quantity and quality).
* Assisting with inventory and material control and organization.
* Organizing and forwarding invoices and supporting documents to the responsible department.
* Updating information and entering data into the internal system.
* Adhering to procurement department-established routes and schedules.
* Maintaining the company vehicle and transported materials.
What we expect from you:
* Completed high school education.
* Valid driver's license (Class B).
* Prior experience in procurement, warehousing, logistics, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of computer applications and control systems.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
