Job Summary: Provide engineering team support during residential construction execution, with emphasis on quality control, cost management, schedule adherence, and documentation and non-conformance management. In this role, you will provide engineering team support during residential construction execution, focusing on service quality control, cost management, and schedule adherence. **Responsibilities and Duties** **DAY-TO-DAY:** * Administrative Tasks: Organize, open RM, issue payment invoices, and save documents in SharePoint. Administrative Tasks: * Manage access to the Diário de Obras mobile app. Administrative Tasks: Handle Mobuss service requests via Tomticket. Audits: Generate emails and reports, and monitor external audits alongside the certifying body. * Documentation: Develop Technical Service Instructions (ITS) and review procedures per technical standards. Documentation: * Develop and update SGQ documents. Non-Conformance Management: * Train construction teams on non-conformance registration and resolution. Mobuss System: * Train teams (construction sites and office staff) on Mobuss system usage. Mobuss System: * Control tablet distribution, perform module-based activations, adjust user permissions, etc. Inspection and Handover: * Conduct final quality inspections, guide teams on Mobuss registrations, and report status of prerequisites for project commencement **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY: * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Technology degree in Quality Management.
