Coordinate the services department and technical team. Monitor and manage departmental KPIs. Coordinate maintenance routines and activities. Provide advisory support in planning, hiring, and area-related negotiations. Monitor technical deliveries. Review and audit internal and external documents. Monitor team and department activities to ensure service demand fulfillment. Previous experience as Operations Manager, Service Supervisor, Customer Service Coordinator, or Service Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
