Monitor all laundry processes **About the opportunity:** We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** to ensure all garments and uniforms are properly hygienized and presented according to established quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Lead operational teams; * Monitor the sorting, washing, drying, finishing, folding, and general organization processes in the linen and laundry areas; * Control proper use of PPE by laundry staff and suppliers; * Supervise staff handling of washing and drying machines; * Monitor uniform deliveries and collections, and the entire hygiene process from sorting through ironing; * Notify maintenance in case of operational issues with machinery; * Motivate the team to achieve production targets; * Ensure accurate tracking of working hours in the department and correct time clock registration for employees; * Provide coverage at workstations as scheduled; **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Basic computer skills * Experience leading teams **Working Hours:** 5:00 AM to 1:20 PM, Monday to Saturday; weekly rest on Sunday Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
