Hello, we are Farmácias Nissei, a pharmacy chain, and we are looking for talented professionals for the Store Manager or Pharmacist Manager position in the Southwest region of Paraná (Pato Branco, Francisco Beltrão, Dois Vizinhos, Palmas, or Quedas do Iguaçu). This position is responsible for the store’s entire operation and team management. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Manage store operations, ensuring opening and closing procedures, as well as product organization and availability in designated areas. * Ensure stock levels of medications, cosmetics, and other products, confirming replenishment and reporting unavailable items requested by customers to your immediate supervisor for appropriate decisions. * Manage the store’s customer service team. * Be accountable for store management, ensuring communication of work processes and compliance with company guidelines. * Be accountable for team management, providing guidance and guaranteeing operational standards and operational effectiveness. * Guide the organization of store product categories to facilitate periodic inventory (Stocktaking). * Plan, coordinate, and control store routine activities, assigning tasks and approving work schedules to ensure smooth operations. * Identify new business opportunities by analyzing and collecting data for submission to Operations Management for approval. * Monitor store sales targets, productivity, and budget, developing and reviewing action plans to achieve expected results. * Guide and oversee the receipt of replenishment items for medications, cosmetics, and convenience products, as well as their proper storage. * Participate in the planning of promotional and advertising strategies, contributing sales data by product category to support initiatives best suited to the customer profile of the store under your responsibility. **What are the requirements?** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a higher education program; * Pharmacist Manager \- active CRF registration required; * Aptitude for administrative tasks; * Experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related fields; * Organized / Communicative / Proactive / Dynamic / Good interpersonal skills. * Availability to work in the region of Pato Branco, Francisco Beltrão, Dois Vizinhos, Palmas, or Quedas do Iguaçu; **What do we expect from you?** Our team works with great dedication to always bring well\-being to our customers!
