Opportunity to work with diverse product categories #### **About the job:** Organizing shelves, restocking products, and maintaining an attractive layout to deliver an excellent shopping experience is the mission of our restocking team. In the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens department, freshness is the top priority to keep everything looking beautiful. In the Deli department, the rule is to store products properly. In the General Merchandise department—which offers household goods, pet supplies, camping gear, and more—conceptual displays that invite customers to purchase are essential. In the Grocery department—which handles a wide variety of products—keeping everything orderly simplifies the shopping process. If you enjoy keeping things organized and wish to be part of this mission, we welcome your application! #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify product shortages in sales areas, checking available stock in the warehouse for restocking; * Verify whether products to be restocked are in suitable condition for display in sales areas; * Restock products on counters, islands, additional display points, and cross-merchandising zones, ensuring appropriate product turnover and avoiding empty spaces; * Confirm whether display layouts comply with company-established standards; * Organize the store’s sales area, checking product expiration dates; * Arrange shopping carts, pallets, and platforms so they do not obstruct customer movement; * Remove checkout leftovers, cardboard boxes, and plastic packaging, ensuring proper disposal for each case; * Serve customers courteously, respectfully, and warmly, adhering to the company’s service standards; * Follow operational procedures required for the position; * Maintain focus and commitment to departmental tasks; * Comply with company-mandated rules and procedures. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to company culture and work responsibilities; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Ability to follow internal procedures and regulations; * Availability to perform physical tasks related to product restocking. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles; * Familiarity with the Fruits, Vegetables, and Greens; Deli; General Merchandise; and Grocery departments; * Skill in designing conceptual and appealing displays; * Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment. #### **Benefits:** * Family Health Assistance Network * Telemedicine and Telepsychology * Dental Plan * Benefits Club * Pharmacy Discounts * Benefit Card * Recognition Programs * Life Insurance * Funeral Assistance * Pregnancy Monitoring * Nursing Room, Changing Room, and Rest Room * On-site Meals or Meal Voucher * Career Development Plan * Partner Website Discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Rotating 6-days-on / 1-day-off schedule; * 7 hours and 20 minutes per day.
