**Job Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:58 PM

* Provide customer service through CAS Ombudsman Office to implement strategies for first-level beneficiary relationship management, aligned with action plans, goals, and objectives;
* Conduct process assessments related to beneficiaries in cases handled by PROCON and judicial authorities, in coordination with the Legal Department;
* Manage the schedules of professionals from the In-House Service, including appointment scheduling, follow-up appointments, tracking of appointment cancellations, and confirmation of scheduled appointments;
* Provide service to both in-house and accredited networks by delivering guidance and information regarding specific healthcare services and authorization procedures;
* Issue consultation, examination, and procedure request forms upon request;
* Provide operational support according to business demands;
* Monitor beneficiary-related information, including documentation, Unimed cards, and updates to registration data;
* Provide telephone and in-person service to beneficiaries of the In-House Service and Preventive Medicine, forwarding inquiries to respective departments as needed;
* Prepare and analyze departmental managerial and productivity reports, as well as performance indicators;
* Monitor daily beneficiary flow at the CAS reception desk, taking necessary precautions during extended waiting periods;
* Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for activities performed at CAS;
* Prepare managerial and quality control reports via system;
* Analyze and execute administrative support activities relevant to the assigned functional area, following established guidelines and targets to ensure timely and accurate execution;
* Support immediate leadership by preparing reports, gathering and organizing information to aid decision-making;
* Generate comprehensive CAS analytical reports, including productivity control and proactive outreach reports;
* Conduct audits of general CAS services, proposing improvements and guiding the team;
* Monitor and test implementation of new systems within CAS;
* Develop operational service schedules aligned with CAS operating hours;
* Monitor appointment schedules, waiting times, and service delivery in real time;
* Provide support for system-related requests, including incident ticket creation and tracking progress;
* Support approval of incident tickets related to operational demands from Preventive Medicine and Primary Health Care (APS);
* Contribute annually to the development of the Health Calendar and manage activities involving relevant stakeholders;
* Provide service to internal staff regarding the department and refer them to responsible professionals when necessary;
* Assist in organizing and preparing meetings and events, handling required requests and confirmations;
* Communicate workflows and procedures to new employees to ensure proper task execution.

* Completed Bachelor’s degree;
* Intermediate knowledge of administrative processes;
* Skills in human-centered customer service;
* Skills in assertive communication;
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
