Job Summary: We are seeking a dining room attendant passionate about customer service and delivering a unique experience, focused on greeting, serving, and presenting Lucca Specialty Coffees. Opportunity for professional development through Lucca Lab courses. **Dining Room Attendant – Lucca Specialty Coffees** We are looking for people passionate about customer service who want to join a dedicated team committed to delivering a unique experience to our customers. * Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently. * Introduce our establishment and deliver the “Lucca Specialty Coffees” experience. * Explain and recommend specialty coffees and other products. * Take orders, serve tables, and maintain dining room organization. * Keep your service area tidy, caring for equipment and cleaning tables. * Ensure a pleasant environment and impeccable service. **What We Expect From You** * Customer service experience (preferably in food & beverage). * Experience with specialty coffees is a plus. * Tray handling skills are desirable. * Excellent communication skills and fluency in Portuguese. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Punctuality and responsibility regarding schedules. * Teamwork. **Schedule and Shift Pattern** * **5x2 shift pattern – 44 hours per week** * **One Sunday off per month** * Schedule to be defined during interview * Two consecutive days off per week **Salary and Benefits** * **Starting gross salary:** BRL 1900 (comprising hourly wage of BRL 8.30 + variable component) * **Average gross salary after gaining experience:** BRL 2.300 (comprising fixed + variable components) * **Average gross salary after one year:** BRL 3100 (comprising fixed + variable components) * **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher (VT) * Meal voucher: BRL 20 per day (approximately BRL 455 per month) * Food allowance (BRL 145 per month) * UNIMED health insurance (after 6 months) * Career development plan * Company-paid **Lucca Lab** courses + salary increase upon course completion Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting from BRL 1.900.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
