Job Summary: Forklift operator to work in the shipping department, responsible for the safe handling of materials, product organization, verification, and vehicle loading, ensuring proper maintenance of the forklift and adherence to safety regulations. Teamwork and good communication Forklift Operator – Shipping Department **Main Responsibilities** * Operate forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials; * Sort, organize, and store products in the shipping area according to warehouse instructions; * Verify invoices, quantities, and product labels before shipment; * Load trucks and transport vehicles following scheduling sequence and priorities; * Maintain the forklift in good condition and promptly report any issues to the supervisor; * Comply with safety, environmental protection, and quality procedures; * Assist with inventory counts and keep the workplace clean and organized. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a forklift operator; * Valid and up-to-date forklift operator certification; * Knowledge of cargo handling, shipping, or logistics (preferred); * Ability to read invoices and product labels; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Important Competencies** * Responsibility and attention to safety; * Organization and proactivity; * Ability to work under routine conditions with goals and deadlines; * Agility in handling loads and adaptability to varying workloads. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance or commuting assistance; * Meal allowance / food voucher; * Vidacic health plan; * Starbem health plan. **Compensation** * **Market-competitive salary** (e.g., R$ 2.300 – R$ 2.400 per month) Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Payment: R$2.300,00 – R$2.400,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Health plans and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
