Production Coordinator

Description

Job Summary: Optimize production, supervise teams and processes, ensure quality and safety, and promote continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Team and production process management 2. Focus on optimization, quality, and safety 3. Promotion of continuous improvement Monitor and analyze the production team's performance, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Supervise and control all production processes, aligning them with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets for volume, cost, quality, and safety. Quantify and price production for accurate calculation of operators' monthly bonuses, ensuring transparency and meritocracy. Manage people, coordinating vacation control, shift scheduling, overtime, absenteeism, and turnover. Promote continuous operator training on machines based on standard operating procedures (SOPs). Optimize processes, coordinate the team, and ensure smooth communication with related departments, contributing to agility and accuracy across the production chain. Raise operators' awareness regarding proper use, handling, and maintenance of machines and equipment, fostering a culture of responsibility and care. Control monthly production demands, ensuring efficient and equitable task distribution among teams. Manage daily material consumption, optimizing usage and minimizing waste. Ensure service and product quality at all production stages. Develop and implement action plans for continuous improvement of production processes. Maintain yard organization and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Request from the responsible department the list of parts required for preventive and corrective machine maintenance. Prepare periodic management reports and present them to management, providing strategic insights and supporting decision-making that drives operational excellence and achievement of organizational goals. Comply with and enforce occupational safety regulations, and monitor subordinates' use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as mandated for team safety.
