Job Summary:
A professional responsible for assisting in the preparation, transportation, and organization of materials; site cleaning; supporting execution activities; demolition work; tool maintenance; and adherence to safety regulations.

Material preparation (sorting, organizing, and making available materials such as sand, cement, gravel, blocks, bricks, rebar, and tools);
Mortar and concrete repair (manually and using a concrete mixer, as directed by the site foreman);
Material transportation (distributing materials within the construction site using buckets, wheelbarrows, blocks, and cement bags);
Site cleaning and organization (keeping the area clean, collecting debris, organizing tools, and ensuring unobstructed passageways);
Direct support in execution (layout marking, leveling, supporting components, positioning ladders and scaffolding, and assisting during concrete pouring);
Demolition and heavy-duty tasks (performing minor demolition work, breaking concrete, trench digging, and simple excavations);
Basic tool maintenance
Compliance with safety regulations (correct use of PPE);
Following instructions from masons, site foremen, or responsible engineers.
Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position
Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$2.865,28 per month
