We are seeking a JUNIOR LOGISTICS ANALYST to directly monitor transportation operations conducted by the COMPANY'S OWN FLEET, THIRD PARTIES, and AFFILIATES. This person will be responsible for activities such as trip control, system updates, issuance of transportation documents, communication with drivers, and cargo scheduling. This role is essential to strengthen cross-departmental integration, optimize logistical performance, and ensure more agile operational decisions aligned with the company’s strategy. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and monitor the execution of transportation operations performed by the FLEET, THIRD PARTIES, and AFFILIATES, ensuring smooth execution of all stages—from planning through service completion—with adherence to deadlines, control, and quality, thereby directly contributing to fleet performance and customer satisfaction. - Monitor trip execution time and vehicle movement, reporting deviations, improvement opportunities, and anomalies to operational managers. - Verify trips on client portals, checking transport details and schedules against planning and actual operations; additionally, organize and manage the department’s administrative schedules to ensure smooth logistical processes. - Update internal systems with operational, financial, and fleet control data—including records of unloading and parking payments—as well as issue and forward loading orders and scheduling notifications to clients. - Communicate all necessary information to drivers—including schedules, routes, loading/unloading locations, and internal procedures—according to daily planning, aiming to control cargo availability and direct optimal fleet allocation. - Support the logistics team in initiating damage and deviation processes, and assist interdepartmental communication (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance). - Support administrative tasks in daily logistics operations, including controlling and submitting transportation documents—such as CT-es (Transportation Electronic Receipts), delivery confirmations, service orders, and monthly envelopes—to Finance and HR departments; also collaborate in analyzing drivers’ monthly envelopes and monitoring internal fuel consumption.
