Job Summary: A professional responsible for mounting, dismounting, inflating, and balancing truck tires, performing inspections and repairs, while ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Truck tire mounting, dismounting, and balancing 2. Tire inspections, repairs, and vulcanizations 3. Inventory control and workplace safety assurance * Mount, dismount, inflate, and balance truck and trailer tires. * Conduct visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage. * Perform repairs and vulcanizations, as applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards. * Carry out tire rotation and basic alignment according to schedule and technical guidance. * Control and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability. * Maintain tire shop equipment and tools, keeping the work environment organized and clean. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, PPE usage, and internal procedures. * Support the maintenance team in tire inspections during fleet preventive checks. * Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.
